The beginning of the episode "Total Rickall," starts with the family sitting around the table with a new character named Uncle Steve, who has never been seen in the series, but the family acts as though he has been a close family member. Their adventures usually have them going into space as well as other dimensions. The show focuses on the inter dimensional mischief of genius scientist and alcoholic Rick Sanchez and his grandson Morty Smith, who is dimwitted but has a lot of heart.

Overview: So rather than being based on the entire series, or creating a new story, this game is based on the season 2 episode, "Total Rickall."
